The first step on your journey to becoming a flawless athlete is to request a consultation through the contact page. Here we will talk about what you are looking for in your fitness journey and how Harrison Fitness can help you.

INITIAL CONSULTATION

In this 90-minute consultation, we get to know each other and start to investigate your current ability and how we can work together to develop optimal training, nutritional and behavioural habits.

ASSESSMENT

Once we have determined your goals for fitness, you will undergo a week-long assessment period where we will further investigate your ability and the areas for growth.

TRAINING PROGRAMME

Now we are underway with our training, your programme will be delivered weekly, with daily
check-ins to enhance your experience. Once a month we will arrange a 30-minute consultation, to have a chance to talk more about your goals and how we can keep chasing excellence
